Mindfulness Sessions for Young Children

Welcome to Mind Garden, where we offer in-person mindfulness sessions for children ages 5-10 years. The interactive mindfulness sessions are designed to help children develop the skills and have the tools and resources that can be utilized throughout their lives, for self-awareness, self and emotional regulation, and stress reduction.
